    From ring resizing, pearl restringing and watch battery replacement to the restoration of antique jewels and timepieces, our workshop does it all. We’ll always give you an estimate to approve first.

    Appraisals are complimentary for pieces bought from us; for other items our fee is $250 per hour, with a $125 minimum. Bring your pieces in during business hours or arrange to ship them to us.

    We’ve bought fine jewelry and watches from clients for over a century, outright and in confidence. Our offer process is free, usually takes about a week, and comes with no obligation to sell. And we buy back what we sell.

What are your hours?

All five of our Worth Avenue stores, the Greenleaf & Crosby flagship and our Vacheron Constantin, IWC Schaffhausen, Panerai and Jaeger-LeCoultre boutiques, are open Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 5pm, and closed Sunday and Monday.

Can I buy a Vacheron Constantin, IWC, Panerai or Jaeger-LeCoultre watch online?

You can browse these watches on our website, then purchase in person at the boutique or by phone. Call the boutique directly and our team will be happy to help.

How much does an appraisal cost?

Appraisals are complimentary for items bought from Greenleaf & Crosby. For items not purchased from us, we charge $250 per hour, with a minimum of $125 for appraisals that take half an hour or less. Most appraisals take from a few days to two weeks.

Do you buy jewelry and watches?

Yes. We buy fine jewelry and watches outright rather than on consignment. There’s no charge for our offer process and no commitment to sell; it generally takes about a week, while your pieces stay in our care to be reviewed by our specialists. For a truly special piece, call us at (561) 655-5850.

What kinds of jewelry repairs do you do?

Our workshop handles cleaning and polishing, ring resizing, lengthening or shortening bracelets and necklaces, clasp repair and replacement, re-tipping or tightening prongs, replacing chipped or lost stones and pearl restringing, as well as the restoration of antique jewels. We don’t repair costume jewelry.

Can I return something I bought online?

Yes. You can return a purchase within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, in the condition you received it and in its original box or packaging. Return shipping is free within the US, or you can return it in person at 236 Worth Avenue.
