A certified pre-owned watch has been authenticated and inspected by specialists to meet brand standards. We check the timing and water resistance on every watch and service them as needed.

Our 1-year warranty starts on the purchase date and covers movement issues. It doesn't cover movement issues caused by clear impact damage, such as a dropped watch, or by water damage. It also doesn't cover crystals, straps, cosmetic wear or battery changes, unless the battery dies within 1 year of purchase.

Yes. For all major watch brands, the manufacturer's warranty is tied to the watch, not the original buyer, so any remaining warranty transfers to you. Many of our pre-owned watches still carry part of their manufacturer's warranty. Keep the original warranty card, as you'll need to present it.

No. Our 1-year warranty doesn't apply to vintage or antique watches, meaning watches made before 1980. We still check timing and water resistance on vintage and antique watches and we do our best to restore them as appropriate, but many of them cannot be expected to meet modern standards with respect to accuracy and water resistance.

Yes, within 30 days of the purchase date, as long as the watch is in the same condition as when you bought it. Watches can't be worn and then returned. See Returns & Exchanges for details.

Yes. Orders of $500 or more ship complimentary by FedEx Priority Overnight. Orders under $500 ship by 2-3 day service for a flat $35. A signature is required for deliveries of $500 or more. See our Shipping Policy for details.
