Greenleaf & Crosby owns and operates four watch boutiques on Worth Avenue: Vacheron Constantin, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Panerai and IWC Schaffhausen. Each is an authorized boutique, and new watches are sold with the manufacturer's warranty. You can browse them here, then complete your purchase in person at the boutique or by phone.

Our certified pre-owned watches, from houses such as Rolex, Patek Philippe and Audemars Piguet, are authenticated and inspected by our specialists to meet brand standards. We check the timing and water resistance on every watch, and our 1-year Greenleaf & Crosby warranty covers movement issues.

New watches from these four brands are sold in person at our boutiques on Worth Avenue or by phone, so you can browse them here on greenleafcrosby.com and then complete your purchase with us directly. Are Your Boutiques Authorized?

Yes. Our Vacheron Constantin, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Panerai and IWC Schaffhausen boutiques are operated by Greenleaf & Crosby as authorized boutiques, and new watches are sold with the manufacturer's warranty.

Where Can I See a Watch in Person?

Our four boutiques are all on Worth Avenue in Palm Beach: Vacheron Constantin at 246, Jaeger-LeCoultre at 223, Panerai at 221A and IWC Schaffhausen at 219. Our flagship is at 236 Worth Avenue. What Does “Certified Pre-Owned” Mean?

A certified pre-owned watch has been authenticated and inspected by specialists to meet brand standards. We check the timing and water resistance on every watch and service them as needed. Browse our Certified Pre-Owned Watches.

What Does the 1-Year Warranty Cover?

Our 1-year warranty on certified pre-owned watches starts on the purchase date and covers movement issues. It doesn't cover movement issues caused by clear impact damage, such as a dropped watch, or by water damage. It also doesn't cover crystals, straps, cosmetic wear or battery changes, unless the battery dies within 1 year of purchase. Vintage and antique watches, meaning watches made before 1980, are not covered.

Does the Manufacturer's Warranty Transfer to Me?

Yes. For all major watch brands, the manufacturer's warranty is tied to the watch, not the original buyer, so any remaining warranty on a pre-owned watch transfers to you. Many of our pre-owned watches still carry part of their manufacturer's warranty. Keep the original warranty card, as you'll need to present it.

Can I Return a Pre-Owned Watch?

Yes, within 30 days of the purchase date, as long as the watch is in the same condition as when you bought it. Watches can't be worn and then returned. See Returns & Exchanges for details.

Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Yes. Shipping is free on orders over $1,000. A signature is required for deliveries of $500 or more. See Shipping for details.

Can I Sell or Trade In My Watch?
